Preparing Sabot molds and equipment for resin infusion process.
With the grooves cut on the “L” stock they were ready to attach. First wholes had to be cut into the plywood platform to allow for the C-clamps to grab the mold without scratching the surface.
First he starboard platform was attached and allowed to cure…

The hull mold ready to build Sabots but not using a vacuum infusion process. I started with preparing the bow and stern transoms for take the vacuum platforms.
As there is so much curvature to the sides of the Sabot, the platform material had to have grooves cut into it to allow for the material to bend without deforming the shape of the mold.
